The Powerstrap is a wearable rechargeable battery pack, providing quick and easy power for portable electronic devices. There are six Li-Ion polymer battery cells enclosed in a highly water resistant silica gel strap.
These six batteries provide a total of 1500mAH of power and the ten adaptors it is supplied with means the Powerstrap can provide battery life to many different kinds of portable devices, such as mp3/mp4 players, handheld game consoles, mobile phones and much more.

Text the World for free this Friday
Let those you love abroad know you’re thinking of them and let us pick up the tab. For a whole day on Friday 20 November, share in our celebration of World Hello Day by sending international texts for free all day long.
How to get your free texts
It’s simple – just type your text and hit send. Free Text the World Friday is open to all Vodafone customers, whether you’re on pay as you go or pay monthly.
What’s the catch?
None. You can text non-UK mobiles on 20 November for free – all day long.
Texting people in the UK or someone who’s taken their UK mobile abroad isn’t free.
Neither is texting premium rate numbers or texting while you’re roaming abroad.

My personal observation is that those that have focussed primarily on their software experience rather than hardware have performed best while the traditional device vendors are struggling.

This is very cool – Vodafone New Zealand had an idea – the idea was simply to use a collection of mobile phones with TXT alerts that – when received in the sequence – created a symphony : Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture. It took 53 different ringtone alerts. Timed to imperfection. After a lot of practice it actually worked and Symphonia is the result.
