Unboxing the Vertu $8,000 phone!

In the current economic climate it’s amazing that Vertu is still trying to sell these $8,000 phones! Whilst they are encrusted with all kinds of gems and made from metals like titanium I’m still underwhelmed by the specification!
Judie over at Gear Diary was lucky enough to try one of these phones and has a great unboxing blog of the Vertu Ascent.
As I read the blog and saw the pictures I couldn’t help but think the Vertu Ascent bore a resemblance to the (now retro) Sierra Wireless Voq…?
