Announced this week at PDC was the Windows Mobile Live Mesh client. If you aren’t familiar with Live Mesh then you are probably missing out on one of the coolest pieces of Microsoft technology in a long long time!
Live Mesh is a software as a service platform that enables PCs and other devices to connect with each other through the internet.
This includes PC’s, Mac’s and now Windows Mobile devices too!
Currently Live Mesh for mobile devices is provided only on a limited basis in the US and UK. The Live Mesh Client for Windows Mobile can be downloaded from HERE

At a recent event I handed out a number of System Center Mobile Device Manager Product Reference Guides which is a really detailed overview of what SCMDM can provide.
I ran out of copies at the event and the guide is 43 pages long so in thinking more ‘Green’ I thought it better to share the electronic copy!

I’m a big fan of the Celio Redfly device as it’s a great way of extending your Windows Mobile device and turning it into a sub-laptop.
The Redfly has no OS on it and basically allows you to use your Windows Mobile device with an 8 inch screen and even output to a projector via VGA. It can connect to your device either with Bluetooth or via USB (which also charges your device too)
You can even plug USB key/flash drives into the USB ports!
If all this sounds appealing you need to act fast as Celio have made a limited quantity available at 50% off the list price.
You can get a Redfly for $199 until October 31, 2008.
Visit www.getredfly.com for more information on this limited time program and pricing.
You can also learn more about REDFLY at www.celiocorp.com
